FixtureCo is an invented company used to show the format. It is not a client, and nothing here is a result.

Method

Six steps, from your sources to a dated export.

The sprint starts from the material you already have and is designed to end in a dated export. Gaps stay listed as open until your reviewer closes them.

  1. Step 1: Source inventory

A list of the documents you provide and what each one covers.

  2. Step 2: Missing-evidence list

Questions your sources can't answer are listed as open, not filled in.

  3. Step 3: Answer library

Reusable answers, each meant to show its source, owner, approval status and last-checked date. Conflicts and outdated answers are to be flagged.

  4. Step 4: Response pack

Draft answers for one defined questionnaire or proposal, with open items marked.

  5. Step 5: Review rounds

Your named reviewer approves, corrects or rejects every answer, with up to two revision rounds. Nothing is used until it's approved.

  6. Step 6: Dated export

A dated, versioned export of the approved answers, with the list of open questions.

Library

Every answer is meant to show where it came from.

Each record is designed to carry four things, so the next person can see where an answer came from.

Source

The source document the wording comes from.

Approval status

Approved, in review, or open. Only approved answers are used.
